1.Notifications of Out-of-Stock and Failed Deliveries:

Please ensure you promptly check your email and phone messages. In the event that a product is out of stock or a delivery fails, we will notify you through email or phone call (Phone Number: +86). Failed deliveries will be held at the local post office for 7 days. It is essential to collect your package within this timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the post office disposing of the package. If you do not respond to the 'Pick Up Inform' email and phone call within 7 days, the package will be considered abandoned.

2. Non-Receipt of Packages:

If you haven't received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, please email us at sofia@bulaolincandy.com with your Full Name and Order Number. We'll promptly investigate the issue and assist you.

3. International Orders and Taxes:

Please be aware that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the destination country's customs authority may destroy the package.
If the package is destroyed due to the client's refusal to pay taxes and duties, BulaolinCandy will not be held accountable.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for packages that are destroyed due to unpaid taxes and duties.

4. Special Return policy for current sale:

The function to "Free the lowest price item in total 4 items" will be triggered on every time you adding quantity 4 items.

The discount amount equals all free item(s) amount devided by all pieces in your order, and if you want to return any of the promotional item(s), its discount amount of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount of each item(s) that you returned.

    Returns & Exchanges

    At BulaolinCandy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We value your feedback and continuously strive to meet your expectations. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience! If you are unsatisfied with your received products, please contact us within 30 days of shipment to request a return or exchange.

    1. Return & Exchange Guidelines

    1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
    2. Products marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
    3. For shoe returns, the original shoe box must be included in its original condition, with no postal labels attached.
    4. For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: underwear, socks, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and cosmetic/beauty products (including self-tanning products).
    5. Items that do not meet the return criteria may be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for additional fees.

    2. Return & Exchange Process

    • If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping cost. Specific fees depend on the courier service you choose.
    • If you receive damaged items or items with incorrect information due to our error, you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.


    Important Notes:


    • Do not return items to the address on the shipping label, as this is the carrier’s warehouse address, not our return address.
    • We do not accept items returned without prior notification.

    After receiving your return/exchange request, our customer service representatives will send you return/exchange instructions via email. Please follow these instructions to proceed.

    2. After shipping your return package, please provide the return tracking number.
    3. Refund timelines:

      • For credit card users: The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within the next 5-10 business days.
